Why Not Just Water?

Water is wonderful for our athletes but what if there is something better out there? Something easy... something packable... something cheap!

What is Better than Water

As we all know, water is a great way to fuel our bodies as it keeps us going while training.

But there have been numerous other nutrient filled foods that benefit racers better than just water alone. Bananas, pears, and blueberries.

So lets go through the reason these are better! Most racers can't find the time to eat, so they resort to drinking anything that is close to them! Water is usually the most readily available but we all know that water alone is not doing anything other than quickly quenching thirst. While drinking something is helpful short term, making sure that a handful of nutrients, healthy sugars, and vitamins is going to fuel them long term!

Lets Go Through the Nutrients
